ISV has fantastic tour leaders around the world and we’d like to introduce you to Gareth Webb who will be leading some of ISV’s tour groups in South Africa this summer!  Since joining ISV’s program staff-team in 2012, Gareth has led 17 Adventure Tours, three Volunteer Projects and one Wild Africa Optional-Excursion thus far.

Gareth was an incredible leader, very knowledgeable and really nice, very approachable and wants everyone to have the best time possible. Alexis, University of Fraser Valley

About Gareth:

Gareth has a passion for both people and nature, leading him to graduate with a BHCS (Hons) in Heritage and Cultural Tourism from the University of Pretoria. During his academic life, Gareth has helped develop sustainable tourism models for towns and communities but has since decided to throw in the towel (academically speaking!) and is now ready to show and share with people his passion for Southern Africa. Gareth’s enthusiasm for life and sense of fair-play is contagious, allowing for easy interaction. Gareth looks forward to sharing this with each participant whist ‘making a difference.’

Be assured you’re in good hands with Gareth whose ratings by participants for our 2013 season was an incredible 4.9/5!

He was a fantastic leader for tour.  He was able to have fun with us yet he was super organized and helpful when needed.  He does an amazing job at making the 2 weeks unforgettable. Edda, Ithaca University
