Each week ISV Recruiters visit a university campus and promote ISV’s incredible program. A Recruiters’ main job is to excite and motivate students about travel – sounds easy enough when we’re all so passionate about travel! This is a great role where you get to promote the world’s greatest volunteer program to students and give them the opportunity to change their life forever!

Sound like your dream job? Then you are in luck! ISV is looking for fun and outgoing people to promote our amazing programs throughout the USA, Canada and Europe between August and December.

ISV Recruiters must be fun and exciting!

You will need to be independent, able to excite a crowd and be motivated to be at the top of the sales charts. This is an awesome opportunity which initially is a short term contract but a great step if you are looking for long term opportunities within ISV – a recognized leader in volunteering and adventure travel. Some of our past Recruiters have gone on to become ISV tour and project leaders, regional directors and marketing coordinators.

To be eligible for this role, you must be available from mid-August 2012 to mid-December 2012. Travel expenses such as accommodation, transport, and international airfare are covered by ISV (within a budget) and a weekly allowance is also provided.

Who are we looking for?
ISV is seeking individuals with the following attributes:

  • Self-motivated and independent people who like to travel
  • Can relate well to university students and excite them about travel
  • Excellent communication skills and a clear loud voice
  • Can confidently present to a large group
  • A strong work ethic and desire to make great money
  • Physically fit
  • A strong sense of adventure
  • 21 years and above (for car hire purposes)
  • Works well under pressure with excellent time management skills
  • Works well as an individual and in a team oriented environment
  • Can use Microsoft Excel.

Australia and New Zealand
Group interview sessions will be held in major cities across the Australia and New Zealand in April and May.
