4 Week Program

The 4 Week Volunteer and Adventure Standard Program is by far our most popular program and consists of a meaningful 2 Week Volunteer Project followed by a 2 Week action-packed Adventure Tour in Eastern Europe. You will travel with 25-50 other participants from around the globe who share your passion. Challenge yourself to make a change that will have a lasting impact on your life, your planet, and the lives of those who need your help!

2 Week Volunteer Project

You may volunteer in either conservation based projects or social community development projects. Projects offer challenging, hands-on experience doing such things as:

• Protecting endangered brown bears in Croatia
• Leading arts & crafts, sports and recreational activities for children
• Assisting at summer camps, community centers and orphanages
• Heritage and habitat restoration in Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Building schools & playgrounds in Romania, Bosnia & Herzegovina
• Promoting wildlife conservation and environmental awareness
• Development of sustainable tourism initiatives
• Teaching children in Romania and Croatia

2 Week Adventure Tour

The ISV Adventure Tour allows you to do more things in 2 weeks than most people dream about doing in a lifetime! Experience the most adrenaline-filled activities available in your host country, which may include:

• A 7 day island-hopping adventure on a private ISV boat
• Caving in underground karstic systems
• Mountain biking around Lake Bled and Bovec
• Discovering the ancient cities of Zagreb and Dubrovnik
• Rock climbing on limestone cliffs around Omis
• Canyoning in the Cetina River gorge
• Visiting cascades and waterfalls at Plitvice Lakes National Park
• A 2 day kayaking adventure on the Zrmanja River
