ISV gives you the option of doing just a 2 Week Volunteer Project with no Adventure Tour or additional excursions. This is a great option if you are running tight on time and would still like to make a difference by volunteering overseas.

Your Program Cost Does Not Include

• Air transportation, air taxes and ticketing fees, and any country departure taxes (where applicable)

Peru/Machu Picchu

Follow in the footsteps of the ancient Incas on this amazing 8 day expedition to the lost city of Machu Picchu. After your Costa Rica or Ecuador Program, join ISV on this incredible 8 day Peruvian experience.

Your Machu Picchu Excursion Price Includes:

Galapagos Islands

Upon completion of your ISV Program in Costa Rica or Ecuador, immerse yourself in one of nature’s most unique settings. This 1 week excursion will take you to the heart of the Galapagos Islands where you can swim with seals and marine iguanas, salute giant tortoises hundreds of years old, and learn about the incredible diversity within this island sanctuary.

Your Galapagos Excursion price includes:

• National Park Entrance Fee: $100.00 USD*
• Roundtrip Airfare: $555.00 USD from Guayaquil, Ecuador to Galapagos Islands. 
• 8 days and 8 nights’ accommodations (7 nights in the Galapagos Islands and 1 night in Guayaquil)
• Guayaquil city tour (ISV Ecuador participants only)
• ½ of all meals
• Transport within and between islands to all activity locations (San Cristobal, Floreana, Isabela, Santa Cruz and Baltra)

Optional Activity Package

The purpose of the Optional Activity Package (OAP) is to provide you with even more activities to enrich your experience overseas. We are able to negotiate excellent prices for these activities, much less expensive than what you could get if you booked on your own. In addition, all bookings will be taken care of for you by your ISV in-country staff, so all you have to do is show up and be ready for some amazing adventures! Each year about 95% of all ISV participants worldwide enjoy the benefits of the Optional Activity Package. Please note that the OAP in each country is offered in addition to the 5 included ISV Activities.

Spanish Language Program

Begin your ISV Program in Ecuador by immersing yourself deep within the culture of your host country though a 7 day homestay program with a local host family.

Since the vast majority of ISV participants traveling to your host country will participate in the ISV Spanish Language & Cultural Immersion Program (regardless of their Spanish language skills), ISV assumes your participation and will add the cost of this option to your Program invoice. Any ISV participant who chooses to opt out of the Spanish Language Program (for example, you already speak fluent Spanish) must notify the ISV USA office via the ISV Flight/Options Form. • A USD 100 (non-refundable, non-transferable) deposit is applicable to your International Airfare.
• Total amount owing for our Group Flight airfare will be included on your invoice and is due 65 days prior to departure.  Airfare and taxes are subject to change until final ticketing due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, fees, etc., as implemented by the airlines.
• For individual flights, full flight costs will be due at the time of ticketing. Our Flight Department will be in contact with you should this arise.
• All flight extension/deviations may result in a price increase of $150 USD.
• Domestic Flight within Ecuador is $95.00 USD. (This is not including the cost of your international flight to travel to Ecuador)
