ISV has a dedicated travel department who takes the hassle out of when and where to fly. ISV Group Flights are organized with your specific program in mind.

To ensure smooth arrivals and departures for every participant, ISV requires all participants to complete the online Flight Form by clicking the link below. It is important to complete your Flight Form as soon as possible so we can ensure you have a place confirmed on this flight.

ISV will email you a list of participants on your volunteer project approximately 30 days prior to departure so you can arrange to meet at the airport prior to travel. An ISV representative will meet you upon arrival in your host country and the host country transfers are included.

Flight Form

We understand that occasionally participants prefer to deviate or extend the ISV Group Flight, particularly when traveling before or after the ISV program. You can request this special circumstance by completing the “Special Flight Request” section on the Online Flight Form. Anyone requesting to organize a flight independent of the ISV Group must receive the approval to do so by the ISV Flight Department. As per your Agreement the $100 USD/CAD, £50 GBP or €50 EUR, $100 AUD or $125 NZD non-refundable, non-transferable Flight Deposit will be converted to an administrative (switch) fee for the management of your flight itinerary and coordination with your host country regarding your arrival details. Your flight must arrive at the same time or prior to the group and must depart at the same time or after the group. If you miss the group transport due to flight delays (missed flights, cancelled flights, etc.) any and all costs associated with meeting up with the group will be at your own expense.
